I was threwn out of mtc bus because their upi qr code is not showing

I am using upi payment for past 1 week in 12x mtc bus and yesterday I forgot my purse and relied on upi. The conductor didn't show me qr and asked for money. I didn't have my purse and I told conductor to switch off aeroplane mode and click the upi option in pine labs machine. He is asking me ' enake velai solli thariya?' meaning are you teaching my job. He whistled and stopped the bus and told me to get down from the bus forcefully. After getting down , I called to mtc complaint number and they are saying it's conductors mistake only and I have no necessary to get down the bus and they will take complaint only if I note the bus number. Because of this incident I couldn't check in on time and lost half salary of yesterday at my workplace. So guys don't rely on upi always and if they don't show qr it's their mistake.
