How to ask women 2 wheeler riders to not drive on the right side of the road, without getting into trouble?

I don't know what kind of genius-level thinking has convinced them that it's right and safe to drive slowly on the far-right side of the road. These women riders don't realize they're narrowly avoiding being hit by every other car behind them. No one warns or advises them because most men avoid engaging with women on the road.
