Hospital for dengue treatment

I was having very mild fever for 2 days and all of sudden on Saturday the temperature peaked too much. I didn't measure, but I could feel chill, lack of strength. On Sunday night, I went to hospital. Apollo. After consultancy, they just suggested crocin and told me directly to admit. Apollo as you know is very expensive they said it can go 40-50 k to admit that too they didn't clarify whether it's for 2 day ( they said best case 2 day which ik will get stretched upto 1 week or 2 week) . Even if I get admitted, no one will be there to take care of me or bring me food. My home is in Bihar. I tried another hospital bloomlife also. There also they asked to get admitted. Atleast here I got my blood test done. So my platelets are low. It's 1.1 lakh. Almost all colleagues (since I am a fresher, I am referring here to them who joined along with me) they went home because half of them had convocation and rest can do wfh. I was also going in dec last. But i didn't think this would happen. I don't know what to do. If someone knows any decent hospital, please suggest.
