Home security and maintenance services

I have a lot of travel coming up and looking into getting someone to keep my independent house clean and dust free when I am traveling, and some type of security for outside the house. Any recommendations for how/where I can find reliable and trusted help? Any security agencies or home maintenance services you recommend?
