Ed Sheeran - book my show ticketing service needs to improve

We purchased 2 GA plus tickets for the concert and opted for delivery. 3 days before the concert since the delivery never happened I contacted customer service. They confidently said delivery was attempted twice but there were no calls or emails to me regarding this. Also, I was at home both the days they mentioned. But the customer executive kept telling our courier folks won’t tell incorrect details and so nothing can be done. The worst part does not end here. We arrived at the box office at Nandanam YMCA to pick up the tickets. The guy at the counter opened the packets and emptied the contents on to his table. He did not mention what’s in there, just emptied and saw him adding things back. Asked us to sign a receipt which we did. This was the biggest mistake we did without verifying the contents. We get back home and check the envelope and realise only 1 band is there. Again customer care was of no help since we signed the receipt. We go back to the office and they say you should’ve verified the contents before singing. But this was something they should’ve mentioned to us. I did see 2 bands at the time he opened the envelope but I highly doubt if both were put back. The book my show representative walked over and he was the most rudest guy who should never be kept customer facing. He just told to buy another ticket and walked away unbothered. Finally we had to buy another ticket. That’s 10k down the drain. What could’ve been done instead. There should be a simple deactivation method for lost bands. And a replacement should be given. The excuse given was since it’s a physical band , they cannot be reprint. If you do not have the process in place to make use of bands, do not try it. Else step up, and make the process easier instead of belittling people and providing the worst customer service. The concert itself was awesome which lightened the experience overall. But book my show and the representative at the counter (bearded guy with no emotions and wasn’t even helping the kids there) you have our wrath forever.
