DTDC & MyImagine Store Scams

Dear Friends, I recently redeemed a 10K gift voucher for MyImaginestore ([https://www.myimaginestore.com/](https://www.myimaginestore.com/)) using my HSBC credit card reward points. After creating an account on MyImaginestore, I placed an order, which was shipped via DTDC. The package reached the local branch, but things went downhill from there. On Thursday, December 26th, the status was marked as "out for delivery," but no one contacted me. By the end of the day, the status updated to "RESTRICTED ENTRY." The next day, delivery was delayed due to "HIGHER VOLUMES." On the third day, the update said "TRANSIT DELAY," and today, it’s "LAST MILE MISROUTE-(OTR)." It feels like both MyImaginestore and DTDC are playing games with this delivery process. What’s your take on this situation?
