Doctor Suggestion

I'm staying near OMR Karapakkam. Need doctor Suggestion for my Backpain. I've been struggling with this lower and upper back pain for last 2 years and visited Physiotherapy as well and somewhat okay with it but now the pain is leading to the neck as well. So thought of visiting doctor. I don't know which doctor to visit.so kindly advise the best doctor.
