DL lost outside the country what should I do??

Hello Guys, I am an international student who is studying abroad I wanted to post this to check if anyone knew what the process was to apply for a duplicate DL. I lost my DL outside the country recently and I wanted to reapply for a duplicate ASAP. As you all know it is a really important ID and I feel stupid for loosing it. Who should I be contacting? What is the process of reapplication?? What are all the documents I will need for this process? p.s. The RTO that registered my DL was from Sholinganallur and the license was for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler
