CaratLane cheated with fake gold

i bought a 4.3 g bracelet from CaratLane. It was broken recently and i found some other metal inside which was not gold. However i was billed for total 4.3 grams only. It also measured similar in my weighing scale. I also attached my bill splitup. Am i got cheated ? Explain please, also how to raise a consumer complaint ?
