Bus no. 517K

Is the MTC still operating Bus no. 517K that plies between Pallavaram and Kovalam via Vandalur - Kelambakkam route? Or is it just an outdated info? Is it running at regular intervals? Being a Chromepet resident for 6 months, I've never seen it!
