Anyone buying Casa grand Hola chennai apartment / villa at shollinganallur ?

Recently there’s an outburst of advertisements from CASA Grand on their Hola chennai project . Anyone who’s done some research on this project plz let me know if it’s worth the hype 5k ish per sq , project completion in 2027 what are your thoughts ? will there me a uptick in property price once metro phase 2 begins ?
