Another feather in TN police cap this time POCSO case mishandling

One inspector has been arrested for beating the complainants parents and conducting a shody investigation.( Framed another minor for rape) on the instructions of a AIADMK party functionary. Delayed arrest of the main accused. Delayed Internal inquiry. The case was progressed only after Court interference. Inspector concerned was attached to All Women Police. (All Women Police concept was brought to make the complainant feel comfortable. What an irony!!)
