Alarming levels of people texting and driving

It's insane how so many people are casually texting or on the phone while driving(cars, bikes, autos, everyone). I saw several instances from yesterday alone and this seems to be the case all the time. 1. Rapido guy was casually watching movie in YouTube while riding the bike with me in the back. Reported the driver, donno if any action was taken 2. A car guy was texting with his head down and driving in busy traffic, his kid was on the front seat without a seat belt. 3. A random auto driver was watching reels while driving 😨 4. One scooty guy was texting without watching the road and didn't even bother seeing me crossing. 5. One guy was driving with his wife and kid on a bike while talking on phone with one hand. Elaarum oru maariya dhaan suthitu irukanunga. How can anyone even enforce this shit?
