A woman from my neighbourhood is accusing my father of killing her street dog 2 months ago. She says she will place a police complaint on my Father for murdering her dog.

Today morning a woman from my neighbourhood walked into our apartment and started accusing my dad of killing her dog. She says that someone told her that my dad did it she is also threatening to place a police complaint on my father and says that she'll get the police to "throw him in" she also was speaking in a bad manner using slurs. We do get lots of dogs in our apartment who pee and poo all over the place , my dad only chases them away with a stick. He Would never kill any dog. We have a camera in our parking as proof to show that we did not kill any dog. As a safety precaution I told my father to go to the police station and give a complaint. The police SI gave his number and said call us if she ever comes back. What else should we do in this situation??
