Thoughts on sector 88,89?

How is it living in one of these newer sector of mohali? Planning on buying a long term residential property in one of these sectors. The plans looks really good to me and they seem to be integrated with existing sector of Mohali, so the long term prospects of development look good to me. Are there any issues related to theft, water, electricity in the area if someone is living there?
