Plz help me find my dog

So it was my sisters birthday and we were out, he was outside the house roaming around 7 pm is the last we saw him on our cctv he had the habit of going to the main road and there is another similar looking dog in our colony he was also taken but the other dog was released instead of him i think please help if you can
