Kasol busses cancelled

I recently booked bus to kasol and it got cancelled, when I came to know and checked for other busses many were not showing assuming they were cancelled and rest were full. I booked for the next day and same happened next evening. Both the buses were rated 4.5. I am really disappointed by this, anyone experienced this?
