How is TDI Wellington Heights?

Hi guys 👋 If you’ve seen my previous post you know I’m looking to buy a property and came across TDI Wellington Heights and here I would buy it in a heartbeat because of great connectivity and opportunities for our family business to grow. However I have been hearing 2 major issues from various dealers: 1. There is water logging in monsoons 2. There is sewage water logging Now I am hearing mixed answers from people on these points so I was wondering if I could get you alls perspective as well. Please let me know 🙏
