Bad Experience 😔

Yesterday, I ordered pizza from Captain Sam Mohali through Swiggy. The order was assigned to delivery boy named "Dharamvir". After waiting for an hour the order was not delivered. I called Captain Sam and they said your order has been dispatched already with the delivery boy. I called many times to the delivery boy and did not get any response. Finally I get my order cancelled after having a word with Swiggy support team. This was the second time I ordered from Captain Sam Mohali and both the times my order was not delivered. Anyone here experience the same issue with Captain Sam order?
