Planning To Open A Food Truck/Stall
Hey guys👋 I’m planning to open a food stall and want to start with a limited menu to test the market and see if it generates interest🥱I have three experimental fusion dishes in mind, tailored to young people’s preferences.🙇♂️ I’d love to get suggestions from those who have experience in setting up a food business, especially on the following: 1. Location - How do I pick the right location? What key factors should I consider (foot traffic, competition etc.)? 2. Logistics & Raw Materials – How do you plan daily inventory and manage raw materials efficiently to minimize waste? 3. Hiring a Chef – Should I hire a chef initially, even though the dishes are experimental, or should I cook myself and refine the recipes first? 4. Licenses & Permits – What legal requirements (food licenses, health permits, local regulations) should I be aware of? 5.
