Need recommendations for birthday

Hello everybody ! This is my birthday month and this time I want to celebrate it with my family and I need some recommendations from you guys. I want to do horse riding and have a nice lunch with fam. Good views and scenic beauty is a must. Also, my father is on wheelchair so preferably a place that is accessible. Any nearby resort or place that offers these things ? Thanks in advance.
