Need help moving to chandigarh.

Hey all, hope everybodys doing good! Is there anyone here who is planning to buy property in chandigarh or had recently bought one? Would really like your help because not having much of luck with the dealers. I am living like an hour near to chandigarh. I've been planning for sometime to move out of my place. What's the best sector to shift in? Main focus is peaceful environment, like park facing home etc. Budget is between 4-5cr. Been connecting to dealers of tricity from sometime and haven't had any good deal. Whatever they show is not good enough or not at a good price point.What sector should I look into? If not a home, are there any good flats in chandigarh? Because most of the luxotic apartments I've came through were in Mohali. Whoever Ive connected to (dealers), them after knowing my budget are trying to make me invest in the projects they get their commissions from in new chandigarh. Basically wasting my time. I like Casa Espana too, went to take a look and got to know that the building has a legal matter going on for which I'm confused if its the right decision to put money there. Any advice will be helpful. Thank you
