Most authentic Shawarma, where?

Having lived in the Middle East for many years, like many others, I’ve grown to love shawarmas—they’re one of my absolute favourites. Lately, I’ve been craving a good, authentic shawarma but haven’t found anything that comes close to the real deal. Last week, I made the mistake of trying one from Fassos—it seemed promising but was, to put it politely, underwhelming. Does anyone have any recommendations for authentic shawarmas? I’d really appreciate some pointers!
