Looking to start an offline chess club

I am an intermediate player and looking to start an active offline chess club in Chandigarh. I will be needing atleast 8-10 people who are willing to join and actively participate in this club. People who are simply looking to get entertained, please don't reply to this post. We will be playing bullet, blitz, rapid, classical and 960 forms of chess. Even absolute beginners are allowed as long as they are serious about learning and playing chess. Thanks for reading! Edit- Only adults are allowed in this club. Venue, date of meeting and timings will be decided later on.
