Lonely Life in City

Just feeling lonely doing everything alone here today, No friends nearby i see people with someone and i think i should have a circle here.. I am confused today, even i have fever im managing myself can’t even talk to anyone, I sit in cafe reading book but currently cant focus, i am just trying to pass this phase of loneliness:)
