Koi toh help kardo

In June 2018, I bought Lenovo laptop(ik a bad chocie) and now it has given up. Like it doesnt switch on and over the past 6years it has had numerous battery issues as well, it has been a tiresome journey with it. So i need help deciding as to where can i sell or get it repaired of and if not then where can it be scraped?
