Idiotic aggressive drivers

Why are there so many of these overly aggressive drivers with no respect for rules these days in Chandigarh. And while we can try to not generalize, it's almost always a Thar/Fortuner and almost always a HR number (and sometimes a non-65 Punjab number)! Check this a****le out. All black windows and driving on the opposite side right opp the Gaushala sector 45. Crossed him and indicated WTH! This MF turns back, and chases me to the 45-46/49-50 circle and right in front of these traffic cameras tells me in chaste haryanvi how I dared offend him! 😅 Proceeds to bang my cars windows and tells me to go ahead and call the police if I want. Then sees me actually making the call, and takes a screeching U turn at the circle almost hitting other cars. If they want to drive like this, why come to Chandigarh. Really done with these uneducated mf's . Also, what is our dear police doing. Instead of challaning people for useless stuff, should they not be using their cameras for catching people literally be gundas on a main road signal?
