Encounter with an engaged girl

I met this girl while hanging out and we seem to hit it off! She told me she is engaged but still kept flirting with me. We held hands and she was cool with it. Obviously she is getting into arrange marriage because she couldn't find a guy herself! I was thinking how getting into arrange marriage for parent's sake is not always the best choice but society seems to be okay with it as long as the girl goes into a secure family. But I'm hopeful as more women are becoming independent, they will start taking their own decisions.
