Challan in Chandigarh

Hey guys, I'm planning to visit Chandigarh in the next few days, but I'm concerned about my *PB Registered* 12-year-old diesel SUV. With the 10-year law restrictions in place, I'm worried about getting challans despite having all my papers updated. Has anyone faced similar issues in Chandigarh?
