Can anyone recommend good lawyers in Mohali that are affordable?

I lent money to an acquaintance (\~1 L) who said he was facing a family crisis (his mom had cancer and he needed money for treatment). Now the person is refusing to return money. Apparently his mom had passed away much before he asked me for the money for her treatment. The payment was made online, and I have call recordings and whatsapp chats to back my claim. Looking for a lawyer who can help me. Most lawyers I found charge around 40-50k. Can't afford to pay 40k for a matter pertaining to 1L, If someone can recommend a lawyer who charges around 10-15k for a matter like this, it'd be helpful.
