Cafe Recommendations

Hey so I am a student at CU, been here for almost 4 years and I've never been into any cafe/restaurants in Chandigarh during the time I was here. Today, I'll be in Chandigarh around 11-12 and I am looking for some interesting cafe. My first preference was getting Japanese Ramen from somewhere but I can't seem to find any good place for that. Yall got any recommendations? I'll be visiting alone so yeah keep that in mind, I don't want to go somewhere over the top, just a unique calm place with interesting food choices. Thank you! Also if you are free as well, I don't mind meeting new people.
