Best place for a work dinner

For the first time, I will be at Chandigarh. It will be guy from south, myself from the east and one colleague from US will meet for a business meet. We have once chance to enjoy the best of Chandigarh. Budget is not an issue. Where should we dine? Food has to be authentic local food. Not interested any European/American/Chinese etc. food.
