Advice

My brother take biotechnology engineering in uiet bcz he think he will change his branch in second year but now he say his physics exam is not good and getting re in 1st year if he get re then it's impossible to upgrade branch so he should quit this and take admission in other college in cse branch or just do biotechnology I think there is no scope of biotechnology in future ? Genuine advice only
