Used honda city pecularity

Hello Everyone, I (25M) can drive and I have been searching for a used honda city as my first car with budget upto 7 lacs. I stumbled upon a car on spinny; 2017 V Petrol MT with 36k on the odo and a price of INR 6.40 lakhs. The car looks solid. However, the wear on steering mounted controls is making me sceptical of the odo readings. What do you guys think?
