Middle seatbelt on Mahindra XUV's

I test drove the Mahindra XUV400 and found the middle seatbelt to be quite uncomfortable. It digs into the lower back/buttocks. Interestingly, I checked the display models of the XUV3X0 and XUV700 in the showroom, and they had the same issue. Is this a common problem with Mahindra vehicles? Are any current XUV400, XUV3X0, or XUV700 owners experiencing this? If so, how are you dealing with it? Are there any adjustments or solutions you've found?
