Is Dezire VXi the best for 7 lakh budget?

I have a TUV 300 currently (purchased back in 2016) which is now giving too many problems so thought of selling it and purchasing a new one. Since it's an emergency to purchase a car, the budget is tight. After looking around in CarDekho and all, Dzire VXi fits the budget (anything under 7.5L max) and had good reviews. (Manual transmission is a must) What do you all suggest? It's an emergency and it's important so I wanted a proper guidance about this decision from you all. Thanks in advance :)
