Which car to buy at 20 Lakhs ex-showroom?

We are looking to add one car to our garage which currently has a 2014 Xcent SX(O) 1.2 MT. The Xcent has passed its 10 year mark and is still serving us well having only needed periodic services and a compressor replacement, but the engine struggles with 5 people on-board and the back seat is cramped. We will not be selling this car, but rather keeping it for city commutes. For our new car, we have some points in mind.. Has to be comfortable for 5. Rear seat must accomodate 3 adults reasonably well. Would SUVs or Sedans fare better in this matter? Has to have a good amount of power. The 80hp Xcent just struggles to overtake, and the new car should be a good deal more powerful and capable on highways. Convenience more important than enthusiasm (dad will also be driving this car). So manual isn't ideal, but if the manual is better we can adjust. Fuel efficiency not a huge priority. Can live with single-digit numbers. Currently I'm looking at the koreans Verna and Seltos. What other good options are there?
