valet parking at Hilton hotel crashed my car. how to deal with this?

there are scratches on the front of the car. will mostly need replacement of the entire front part (where the number plate is installed). They themselves told me about it honestly. It was late night so we decided to deal with it later. I took photos and dropped a message to the guy just as evidence. I will revisit them in a few days and ask for compensation so that I can fix the damage. How much should I ask? I am estimating around ₹4000 (2000 for insurance processing fees and 2000 for no claim bonus which I will loose). What do you think? and what can I do if they refuse to pay. (so far my communication has been with the valet parking incharge person and not with the hotel) Though I am assuming they wont refuse since its a famous hotel chain..
