Tuners of India, what's the deal with the XUV700's ECU

I was exploring options to remap my XUV 700(petrol) and before doing that I wanted to see what people have already done with this car and to my surprise I found that nobody, at least on the internet have managed to access the XUV700's ECU besides from this one company offering a piggyback module for the diesel variants. Mahindra is using newer continental SDI3 ECUs for its new 2L mStallion engines, the same that was used in many of the older porsche models like the cayenne and boxters from back in 2010-2015. I'm not really sure how protected this new 2021 SDI3 is, but I don't wanna risk using a KTAG and bricking the ECU. The kess3 and Autotuner seem to be the most promising option. So what's the deal with this ECU? Is it that difficult to access it or is it just that nobody has tried? If someone has indeed been able to access the ecu, have you been able to get your hands on a Damos or xdf file?
