r/indianbikes trying become r/carsindia...need your suggestions

I'm trying to purchase 2nds car. Seller quoting me 2.55lakhs. What is the reasonable price for this car. Beginner here. Would like to get hands on for 1 or 2yrs. Then buy a new one. So will this be a good option or something else you guys suggest.
