Near-miss incident on NH51 (Porbandar - Veraval Highway) - Reckless driving by Tata Punch Car

I was on a road trip from Mumbai to Dwarka with my aged parents. We were traveling from Dwarka to Somnath on February 22nd, 2025. I stopped at a Bharat Petroleum Pump to check tyre pressure before taking a U-turn on NH51. A Tata Punch car speed past me, heading to a petrol pump. The driver was flashing lights and traveling atleast at 50+ km/h, atleast he could have slowed down when going in the opposite side of the road, but he did not Another car followed, possibly same family members I prioritized my parents' safety and didn't confront the driver. This incident left me disturbed and concerned about the driver's actions. I want to report this incident and ensure the driver is held accountable. I have video and image evidence from my 70mai dashcam. I'm familiar with MumTrafficApp in Mumbai for reporting reckless driving. However, I need to find a similar system for Gujarat. The incident occurred at 1:46 PM on NH51. I'm shaken but grateful no one was hurt. I hope to raise awareness about reckless driving. I've safely returned to Mumbai after our pilgrimage. I'll try to file a complaint with the evidence I have. I hope justice is served and roads become safer. i dont know how it will be possible, i am from mumbai so we have MumTrafficApp to file complaint against such incidents for fine, if theres something similar in gujarat , i would try to file complaint with proof as video and images Regarding Car I got details Such as It's a First Owner Car Amreli, Gujarat Registered RTO Registration Date:- 28th June 2022 Vehicle age :- 2 Years & 7 Months
