iPad as Car infotainment

I bought a base model which did not come with infotainment or speakers… so rather than opting for alterations and spending 60k - 80k on just the system, I’ve put up an ipad 9th generation which was lying around in my home as infotainment… using it with Wi-Fi - Bluetooth Speakers. Let me know your thoughts on it…. Is a traditional infotainment with 4 door speakers necessary??
