Buying first car

I am thinking about buying a used Eon. My budget is under 1.8 lakhs. Right now, I have a ns200. The issue with bike is my mom cannot sit on the bike. I cant even carry groceries or luggage on it. Initially, i thought about purchasing new access 125. But the price of it has reached sky. I think spending 1.8lakhs on car is better than buying scooty of price 1.25lakhs. There is another option of purchasing a used scooter. What do you think which one should be good decision? Thanks!
