Brain-dead Scorpio driver at Atal Path caused havoc [OC]

The Scorpio driver decided to take a left turn from the rightmost lane to drive on the wrong side into the service road. ABS and my alertness saved me. Unfortunately, others were not as lucky as me. Felt really bad for the folks on scooter.
