While I agree that ACP Jai Dixit doesn't need to walk around shirtless and show his body but then tough guys have a certain level of physical fitness that can be seen without a 6-pack abs body. Akshay Kumar doesn't do shirtless scenes in every movie but still looks like a physically strong man.
