HELP ME FIND A MOVIE

so I watched this movie years ago and it didn’t have anyone super famous in it so I don’t remember the actors name but I remember a few scenes. There’s one in the beginning of the movie where the heroine is asking people for tickets around a staircase or something? And that’s where she meets the hero and I think they met before and I think she works for him . But there’s this other scene that I remember in a song where the herione is wearing a white skirt and there’s a girl who’s kind of jealous of her and stains it with red ink but the hero gives her his jacket and I don’t remember what happens in the end but this is all I remember please help me if you know the name or the actors !!
