What jobs pay well in Bihar?

I'm looking to settle in Bihar and was wondering what skills are in demand. I am a Bihari, born and raised in Karnataka. I have noticed that people in Bihar struggle a lot with communicating in English in real life. Can I monetize this to my advantage? Maybe soft skills classes?
