How will Bihar react if reservation for central govt jobs (eg, upsc) and colleges funded by center is scrapped altogether?

Should there a phase-wise reduction of reservation? Maybe have the same cut-off marks for all categories to start with? Lesser focus on merit and reservation and related-politics and policies are stumbling blocks in unleashing India's potential?
