9 people from Bihar, 8 from Delhi and 1 from Haryana died in New Delhi Railway station stampede!!

As per CMI, every hour 1,500 general tickets were sold by railways due to which the station got overcrowded and became uncontrollable. There was a stampede at platform no. 14 and near escalator near platform no. 16,” the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP-Railway) said. Also, huge people were waiting for delayed trains on platform 14-15 and another special train for kumbha was announced on platform no 12. The crowd suddenly rushed towards another platform which led to stampede.
