Rating system for restaurants

The closest thing to a rating system and list we have right now is google maps or the food delivery apps, but most of the time I find them quite misleading. And most of the time same is true for any places like amusement parks and such. do you know if is there a better way to find such information ? If there is none what do you think is if I start an project making such a system will you use it ?
